Aircraft Parts Machining Factory

Phase 2 of our machining factory, covering 6,702 square meters, is planned for the future. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, this expansion will unlock the full potential of precision machining, driving innovation and setting new standards of excellence in the aerospace industry.

As part of our commitment to expanding production capacity with cutting-edge CNC equipment, KPC Vina is not only focused on component assembly but is also strategically investing in the development of a dedicated parts machining facility. This new capability will allow for the precision machining of metal components, ensuring the accurate assembly of critical aircraft parts such as the B787 APU Door, B787 RWT MIC Tip & Wing Box, B737 Max Winglet, and B787 Raked Wing Tip, B737 Winglets.

Our Future

KPC Vina will assess market potential and closely collaborate with local authorities in Da Nang to implement the future Surface Treatment Factory project. This project will expand production and surface treatment lines, creating a fully integrated production chain that will enhance manufacturing capacity, streamline processes, and improve product quality.

Surface Treatment Factory

Leveraging advanced, cutting-edge technology, KPC Vina will focus on developing surface treatments for components post-machining. In the aerospace industry, surface treatment is crucial for enhancing the performance, durability, and safety of aircraft parts. Given the extreme operating conditions, such as high temperatures, intense pressure, and exposure to corrosive elements, it is essential for aerospace components to undergo specialized surface treatments to ensure their longevity and reliability. This strategic focus will enable KPC Vina to deliver high-quality, high-performance components to the aerospace industry in the years ahead.
